Round Tube Inner Polishing Machine

This advanced stainless steel pipe polishing machine is designed for grinding and polishing the inner surfaces of round tubes. Equipped with an automatic PLC controller and six grinding heads, it can process tubes up to 6,000 mm in length and diameters ranging from 19 mm to 80 mm. The machine supports automatic loading and unloading, uses various grit grinding wheels to achieve desired surface finishes (matte, hairline, or mirror), and can repair old tubes or pipes by removing rust and oxidation.
